Ascot buys Greyhawk and its specialty unit

Ascot US Holding has acquired Greyhawk Insurance, which is in runoff, and its subsidiary, Greyhawk Specialty Insurance.

The acquisitions are subject to regulatory approvals, Bermuda-based Ascot said.
