Ontario storm causes $316mn in insured losses: IBC

Insured damage from an early-May windstorm that affected Ontario and parts of Quebec topped C$410mn ($315.7mn), with C$380mn worth of damage in Ontario alone, the Insurance Bureau of Canada said today.
