Feds are investigating cracks in collapsed Miami bridge

Travelers and Phoenix Insurance have asked a federal judge to rule that they do not have to cover Figg Bridge Engineers against lawsuits related to the fatal collapse of a pedestrian bridge at Florida International University in March.
