Arthur J Gallagher has acquired retail insurance broker United Dealer Services, the acquisitive intermediary said today.

Highland Mills, New York-based United Dealer Services provides insurance coverages to franchised auto dealerships in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Michigan, Virginia, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Pennsylvania.
