Arch Mortgage Insurance Company (Arch MI) has obtained more than $506mn of indemnity reinsurance from special-purpose reinsurer Bellemeade Re 2018-3.
The transaction provides Arch MI with collateralised coverage for potential losses on a portion of its mortgage insurance portfolio written primarily during the first half of 2018.
