Enstar has formed a new Bermuda-based joint venture called Enhanzed Reinsurance, with backing from Allianz and Hillhouse. 

Enhanzed Re will reinsure life, non-life run-off and P&C insurance business sourced initially from Allianz and Enstar, the Bermudian run-off company said today.
