According to a Lloyd's regulatory bulletin, the former chairman of broker Bannerman Slayden Cater Ltd Vincent Slayden was found guilty in absentia of “two charges of discreditable conduct” by a Lloyd's disciplinary tribunal after “failing to serve a defence”.
