BMS appoints Johnston non-exec chairman

Independent broker BMS Group has appointed ex-banker Alexander Johnston as its non-executive chairman.

Johnston joined BMS board in 2003, having previously spent 30 years in the banking industry, most notably as a managing director at Lazard Bros, London.
