In Randall & Quilter (R&Q)'s first deal since a recent £25mn capital injection, the firm has agreed to buy La Réassurance Intercontinentale (La RI) from French-based insurer MMA IARD Assurances Mutuelles (MMA) for EUR1.5mn.
