RFIB appoints
Malcolm Gray has joined RFIB's marine international division as divisional director.
He joins from Alwen Hough Johnson's marine and aquaculture team, and has previously held roles at Benfield, JH Minet Reinsurance Brokers and Bell Nicholson Henderson.
