Cincinnati Financial Corporation (CinFin) has completed the acquisition of MSP Underwriting from Munich Re, marking the carrier’s entry into the Lloyd’s market. 

London based MSP operates through Beaufort Underwriting Agency Limited, which underwrites for Lloyd's Syndicate 318.
