Markel Catco wins shareholder nod to put fund into run-off

Shareholders in the Catco Reinsurance Opportunities Fund have approved a resolution to put the beleaguered fund into run-off.

The fund’s manager, Markel Catco, said in a London Stock Exchange filing that 99.99
