Fairfax’s Newline Group establishes Cologne subsidiary

Fairfax specialty insurer Newline Group has established a subsidiary in Cologne to serve as its European Economic Area (EEA) insurance hub after Brexit.  

The insurer received authorisation for Newline Europe Versicherung from German regulator Bafin on 21 March.
