R&Q gets clearance for delayed Global US Holdings purchase

Randall & Quilter (R&Q) announced that it had received regulatory approval to complete its acquisition  of Global US Holdings. 

The legacy and program specialist said the transaction was expected to close shortly but did not set a concrete date.
