Elseco hires former Aon space head Mangot

Dubai-based MGA Elseco has hired former Aon space chairman Thierry Mangot as chairman of space.

Mangot was one of the founders of International Space Brokers (ISB), which launched in 1991, and was CEO of ISB France.
