Legacy specialist Darag has completed the portfolio transfer with German (re)insurer Sovag after receiving relevant regulatory approvals.

The direct insurance and inwards reinsurance business have been transferred to Darag’s German risk carrier Darag Deutsche Versicherungs und Ruckversicherungs-AG.
