Catalina has completed the purchase of Asia Capital Reinsurance Group (ACR), the run-off carrier’s first acquisition in the Asian market.  

The deal gives Catalina first-mover advantage on Asian run-off and marks the beginning of a strategic expansion in the region for the Bermudian legacy specialist.
