Catalina executed an adverse development cover for PartnerRe’s North American casualty assumed reinsurance portfolio for a total consideration of £336.2mn ($412.7mn) in 2021, filings show.

The legacy acquirer’s 2021 financial condition report, published this month, shows the details of two deals struck by the firm’s main underwriting entity, Catalina General Insurance Ltd.
