M&A and financial lines MGA Fusion Specialty has launched a US online M&A insurance unit led by managing partner Brian Hayes.

Fusion Americas will provide online access to Fusion’s small and mid-market M&A transaction cover. Hayes will be supported by senior partner of underwriting and operations Michael Mora and M&A partner Michael Federer.
