Willis Group has followed its rival Aon Corp in selecting a senior McKinsey & Co executive to head the organisation after Joe Plumeri's 12-year reign ends.
Dominic Casserley will become CEO of the global broker on 7 January 2013 after 29 years at McKinsey that has included roles leading the firm's Greater China and UK/Ireland practices.
