Two former Marsh executives found guilty of bid-rigging charges in a high-profile case brought by former attorney general Eliot Spitzer have had the convictions thrown out by a New York judge.
The decision means that none of the convictions or guilty pleas resulting from proceedings against former Marsh employees have been upheld.
On 2 July, Judge James Yates of the New York County Supreme Court overturned the convictions of former managing directors William Gilman and Edward McNenny.
