Stone Point-backed Preferred Concepts agrees Metro Insurance buy-out
Stone Point Capital-backed program underwriter and wholesale broker Preferred Concepts, LLC has agreed a deal to buy specialist residential program administrator Metro Insurance Services.
The transaction will see Metro founder and CEO Steven Gross join Preferred Concepts as senior executive vice president and chief program officer with oversight of the firm's underwriting processes and best practices.
