In another eventful month of legal fall-out from Stanford Financial Group's (SFG) alleged $7bn+ Ponzi scheme, a US appeal court has heard arguments from Lloyd's and London market D&O insurers seeking to overturn a first instance injunction compelling them to fund the defence of SFG executives.
