Scor confirmed its ability to generate top and bottom line growth despite the sluggish markets with a non-life combined ratio of 98.9 percent and a rise in both group profits and premium income.
For ongoing business, gross written premiums were up 11.2 percent from 2009 in growth that was significantly higher than its larger European rivals, while net income was up 13 percent at EUR418mn (EUR370mn in 2009).
