Run-off consolidators avoid M&A, AIRROC told

Run-off consolidators face tough challenges in finding growth opportunities as the low interest-rate environment continues, the legal head of consolidator Tawa Management told AIRROC delegates in New Jersey.

Tawa's general counsel, Marvin Mohn, said that the changing dynamics have altered the traditional pricing model for mergers and acquisition (M&A) activity in the sector.
