RSG buys Direct Group to add to Jubilee platform
Ryan Specialty Group (RSG) has announced the acquisition of UK insurance services provider Direct Group for an undisclosed sum, to build on the platform of its specialist Lloyd's insurer Jubilee.
Direct Group has partnered with Jubilee over a number of years and provides managing general agency and third party administration services to insurers and underwriting agencies.
Chicago-headquartered RSG said today (18 September) that the firm will add to Jubilee's existing third party administration operation called Jubilee Services Solutions.
