The long-running dispute between Goldman Sachs-backed Enstar and London-based Randall & Quilter (R&Q) finally ended this week.
It brings to a close years of litigation on both sides of the Atlantic.
In a statement to the London Stock Exchange, UK-listed R&Q said it is "pleased to announce" that the dispute involving two run-off US insurers Seaton and Stonewall has now been resolved.
