An 18-month hiatus in Lloyd's syndicate start-ups looks set to end on 1 January 2013 with a launch by the UK-listed insurance services firm R&Q Investment Holdings plc (R&Q).
R&Q will provide a significant proportion of Syndicate
1991's capacity and the company says that it intends that the
balance will be provided through a mixture of corporate and natural
names.
