The chairman and chief executive of Randall & Quilter (R&Q) Ken Randall has sold half a million ordinary shares in his legacy-to-live UK firm to reduce his overall stake to 21.75 million shares.
In a 28 June statement, R&Q said Randall had sold the batch at 100p per share for £500,000. R&Q explained the sale of the unusually large stake was made in order for Randall "to meet charitable and other commitments".
The CEO now owns a 43.4 percent stake...
