The European Parliament has once again pushed back the date for the full plenary session to consider the proposed Omnibus II Directive from 10-13 September to 22 October.
The date has been revised backwards several times since the beginning of the year due to ongoing negotiations between the European Parliament, the European Commission and the Council of Ministers, a parliament spokesman said.
