Senior London market claims handlers have called for a far
clearer understanding of what is spent on professional services
such as loss adjusting and legal expenses - areas currently viewed
by some as a license to print money.
The London Market Claims Council (LMCC) held a lively debate on 14
July, hosted in association with Randall & Quilter (R&Q).
