The balance of power between the different corporate financiers advising on M&A in the London market may alter after a number of recent personnel changes.
Aon Benfield Securities' lead M&A adviser in London, Andy Beecroft and team members Paul Rayner and Ross Milburn are understood to have left their positions. It is expected they will soon resurface at a rival operation.
