Liberty takes Aspen to court

The distinguished list of high-profile staff poaching disputes in the fac market can add Boston-based Liberty Mutual and its recent legal proceeding against Bermudian rival Aspen Insurance Holdings.

The New York State Supreme Court lawsuit was filed on 1 February and concerns nine former members of Liberty Mutual's professional liability team that left in January to join Aspen.
