Judgment imminent in Stanford D&O debacle

Disgraced financier Allen Stanford's legal team expects a ruling this month on their battle with Stanford Financial Group's (SFG) London market insurers over payment of legal fees, court documents reveal.

US district judge Nancy Atlas was still weighing up at the time of writing the arguments after an eventful four-day civil hearing which began 24 August.
