Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group (JLT) has paid millions of pounds to settle an acrimonious dispute concerning the defection of more than a dozen Aon aviation executives.
The confidential settlement enables the former Aon Ltd deputy chairman Jonathan Palmer-Brown to finally join the UK-listed broking group, while also paving the way for Aon's breakaway financial services team to arrive at the firm.
