JLT has told clients it may yet charge them for use of its nascent data product, dubbed Project Insight, after initially indicating that it would eschew revenues in order to "absolutely" align its interests with its clients.
A spokesperson for JLT told The Insurance Insider that while Project Insight was "not conceived as a mechanism to extract fees from the market," it nevertheless might be necessary to bow to market forces.
