Hyperion confirms Windsor talks
Insurance distribution group Hyperion has confirmed that it is in talks regarding on offer it has made for independent broker Windsor, as revealed by The Insurance Insider yesterday (9 January).
"These discussions are at an early stage," the Hyperion statement read. "A further update will be provided as and when appropriate."
As The Insurance Insider reported yesterday, Hyperion's move on Windsor comes as it gathers critical mass ahead of a potential IPO.
