Former Dewey & LeBoeuf partner Henry Bunsow has sued the fallen law firm's leaders including chairman Steven Davis, alleging that they misrepresented the firm's finances.
The 12 June lawsuit was filed in San Francisco Superior Court, It accuses Davis and five others of fraud and deceit and for effectively "running a Ponzi scheme" by using false Dewey financial reports to lure top lawyers with unsustainable payout packages.
The other defendants are Jeffrey Kessler, previously chair of Dewey's global litigation practice...
