Expansive BMS hires big hitter for US
Independent (re)insurance broker BMS today (23 August) announced that Chuck Hewitt has joined its US reinsurance operations as executive vice president and as a member of its US leadership team.
Hewitt has had a long career, spending over 28 years at EW Blanch and then Benfield, before moving in 2007 to Guy Carpenter as co-head of its eastern region.
BMS said that he will divide his time between Boston and BMS's New York office.
