Legacy giant Enstar has suggested it has $300mn of cash as well as $150mn of deal-specific debt financing readily available to fund further acquisitions.
During the firm's annual investor meeting in New York Enstar management said the firm had "significant financial resources" at 31 March 2012 including $1.4bn shareholders' equity and over $300mn of capital and financial resources to do future deals.
Enstar has rapidly de-levered the firm, taking debt-to-capital from 31 percent in 2008 to 12.6 percent in 2011...
