Legacy heavyweight Enstar has agreed two run-off transactions that will add total assets of more than $230mn to its balance sheet, the Bermudian firm disclosed in its second quarter accounts.
Enstar reported common net income of $40.7mn for the period, up from $9.4mn a year earlier, although the nature of Enstar's business makes the timing of earnings throughout the year somewhat lumpy.
