Bermudian (re)insurer Endurance has bought a part of in run-off Glacier Re's international and US property catastrophe and global specialty reinsurance business through a quota-share treaty and renewal rights deal.
Under the deal which is effective immediately, Endurance will quota share selected treaties within Glacier Re's portfolio.
Endurance will then work with Glacier Re to renew the accounts and will pay commissions to the firm contingent on the premiums written under the quota share treaty and accounts being renewed by...
