Dowling targets London M&A market
Corporate finance advisory Dowling Hales has made its first steps into the European market with the recruitment of veteran M&A adviser Charles Norton-Smith, The Insurance Insider can reveal.
The move will give boutique insurance broker-dealer Dowling & Partners, which is led by VJ Dowling, an expanded international footprint, with Norton-Smith adding to the company's US operation from his base in London.
