CRC’s injunction demand swept aside in RSG battle

The 120+ staff that walked from US wholesale broker CRC Insurance Services to join Ryan Specialty Group (RSG) can work for their new employer while the legal battle over their defection unfolds in Chicago.

US District Judge James Zagel dismissed CRC's demand for an injunction and also discounted employment covenants, opening the way for the breakaway employees to work for the Pat Ryan start-up.
