CRC hits back at Ryan and denies BB&T conflicts
The war of litigation between US wholesaler CRC Insurance Services and Ryan Specialty Group (RSG) continues to escalate.
CRC filed a new complaint yesterday (June 1) seeking a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction to prevent more than 100 employees from joining RSG.
Court documents stated that last month "over 120 CRC employees resigned in a matter of days" to join industry veteran Pat Ryan's start-up RSG and its new wholesale operation, R-T Specialty.
