CRC fights back in Chicago over Ryan raid

US wholesaler CRC Insurance Services has moved its legal fight over 120+ staff that defected to new rival Ryan Specialty Group (RSG) last month to the Chicago courts.

CRC filed a new complaint on 1 June seeking a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction to prevent its renegade employees from joining RSG.

The suit was initially filed in Alabama, where CRC is headquartered.
