Colemont CEO Beerh wins AmWINS dismissal dispute

Founding Colemont Global CEO Surinder Beerh has won the case for wrongful dismissal that he brought against AmWINS on the grounds that the latter was guilty of a "wholesale failure to carry out any fair procedure".

According to a copy of the 3 August judgment obtained by The Insurance Insider, Beerh has received a total of £86,335 from AmWINS because the US wholesale broker acted unlawfully in dismissing him.
