John Coldman, who was parachuted in as the new chairman of Bermuda-based Omega Insurance Holdings last month, is undertaking a "comprehensive review" of the business.
In his inaugural letter to shareholders, the former chairman of UK reinsurance broker Benfield Group said that he and Omega's new CEO, Richard Pexton, "are currently meeting the Omega team worldwide and undertaking a comprehensive review of the business".
