Arron Banks, the CEO and co-founder of Brightside Group, has resigned to be replaced with immediate effect by insurance broking director Martyn Holman.
Banks co-founded the UK-listed broker with John Gannon and Paul Chase-Gardener in early 2005. The former CEO also set up Commercial Vehicle Direct Insurance Services with Gannon in 2001.
