Shares in quoted Lloyd's insurer Chaucer Holdings have continued to climb today (12 April) as rumours persist of an imminent takeover bid.
Chaucer closed last week at 52p - up over 10 percent in the week - and has opened up a further 3 percent at 53.5p in early trading this morning on the London Stock Exchange to trade close to its net tangible assets (NTA).
